He previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy in 2014, a foundation that strengthened his analytical thinking, ethical judgment, and client-centered approach to professional practice. He graduated from TUA on December 19, 2024, and immediately prepared for the Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination, which he successfully passed in April 2025. In the same year, he also passed the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination, earning two PRC licenses—a milestone that marked 2025 as a defining year in his professional journey.
As a real estate professional, Hanz specializes in property tripping, site orientation, sales computation and financial illustrations, client presentations, due diligence, and title transfer processes. He is well-versed in Philippine real estate laws, property documentation, and market location analysis, ensuring that both buyers and sellers are guided with clarity, accuracy, and confidence throughout every transaction.
Hanz offers a diverse portfolio of properties, including beachfront properties and beachfront condominiums, lakefront properties, overlooking lots, residential estates, and golf and country club developments featuring fairway and residential lots located within golf courses. He also handles subdivision developments offering residential lots, house-and-lot packages, and commercial lots, catering to both end-users and investors.
