Hanz Abella is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Appraiser in the Philippines, with a professional background rooted in sales leadership, property marketing, and real estate advisory services.

His sales career began in 2018 in the insurance industry, where he served as a Sales Unit Manager for a district sales office in the CALABARZON region. During this time, he also ventured into real estate as a side practice—an experience that sparked a lasting passion for the industry. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, Hanz made the pivotal decision to fully transition into real estate, where he became a PRC-accredited Real Estate Salesperson and began building his professional track record.
